BSc Project

My most current project with Professor Jon Butterworth.

I’m currently working on my BSc project “Higgs Physics at the Future Circular Collider” with Professor Jonathan Butterworth. I’ll be studying Higgs production processes at a very high energy (about 100 TeV), focusing on how potential Beyond-Standard-Model effects modify observables in Higgs-associated channels. Using Herwig to generate simulated events and Rivet/CONTUR to analyse them, I aim to explore how effective field theory parameters—particularly in the Higgs sector—could be constrained or revealed at the FCC.

Mid-Autumn-Festival aka 中秋节

The Mid-Autumn Festival, or Zhōngqiū Jié (中秋节), is one of the most important traditional festivals in Chinese culture. It’s all about reunion, appreciation, and of course — mooncakes. The festival falls on the day when the moon is at its fullest and brightest. Families usually gather to share food, admire the moon, and celebrate togetherness.
